A Place for ALL Children to Play

The first day of any school year is always filled with excitement, but this year, the first day held extra excitement for the children in our Hand In Hand Inclusive Early Learning Program.

Thanks to generous donors, more than 150 children are now enjoying a brand new state of the art, interactive, FULLY ACCESSIBLE playground.

According to the well-loved Mr. Fred Rogers, “Play is the work of childhood.” At Hand In Hand, play is an integral part of our curriculum, and our playground is a safe space for our children with disabilities of all types to learn and play side by side with their typically developing friends.

Because of friends like you, our children are able to experience the freedom and liberty of play without restrictions due to their ability.

Special thanks to the following donors who, through their generosity, helped build not only an amazing playground but also joyful childhoods filled with special memories.
